Daniel Koeker

Daniel Koeker was born in October of 1989 in California, and currently resides in Riverside. He is primarily an author of science fiction and fantasy novels aimed at young adult readers. He currently lives with his father and mother, John and Mary, and his younger sister, Leanna.

He attended Martin Luther King High School and graduated in 2007 at age 17. During his four years he took part in the Honors and AP programs, and wrote for the school newspaper. He transferred to Riverside Community College, where he pursued English, Psychology and Politics for two years before leaving to pursue other ventures, such as his writing and work.

Daniel writes plays, poems, short stories, full-length novels and articles, predominately science fiction and fantasy, but writes a number of other genres as well. He wrote for the opinion section of the high school newspaper, and also wrote news and editorials for SolidSnake Designs' now-retired online publication, The Herald. Daniel is also currently a writer for Demand Studios.
